Galvanized Under Concrete Trapeze 54-305

Galvanized Under Concrete Trapeze 54-305

It is the form of galvanized rolls formed as trapezoidal sheets in a Roll Forming machine. It is produced in the form of 54/305. it is produced from 1200 mm sheet metal. The useful area is 915 mm. It is used as a composite flooring panel under concrete. It is the working area for the material placed on the steel beams during the construction and for the workers and other materials. It acts as a mold on concrete and eliminates this cost. It is light compared to concrete slab slabs of the same thickness, has more load bearing and saves concrete.

TABLE 0-1: Calculation load= 200 kg single load (worker) + Uniform load (Due to accumulation during pouring, 2 times the floor thickness of wet concrete). A single piece of trapezoidal sheet metal should be used between the permanent beams. In case the spans are different from each other, an account should also be made.

Material Strength Concrete: fck=20MPa Trapezoidal Sheet:fyk=240mpa.
TABLE 0-2: Maximum additional load values:It shows the sum of all loads except the load-bearing reinforced concrete floor. (coating, movable, etc.) In practice, it is assumed that a load of more than 5000kg/m2 will not be affected. Composite flooring is calculated with a single span. L/240 was chosen as the deflection limit value. (Ts-500/ 13.2.4 Table 13.3. This value should be checked according to the usage situation.
